Policies

CLASS ETIQUETTE Participants must arrive on time to avoid disrupting the class. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join after the class has started. Proper ballet attire, including ballet shoes, is required. Respect the instructor and fellow dancers by maintaining a positive and focused learning environment. HEALTH AND SAFETY Participants must be physically fit to engage in intermediate/advanced ballet training. Notify the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before the class begins. Warm-up before class is highly encouraged to prevent injuries. City Ballet San Francisco reserves the right to assess and recommend a different class level if a participant's abilities do not align with the demands of this level. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT Classes are offered on a drop-in basis, and payment must be completed prior to participation. Refunds will not be provided for missed classes unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances on the studio’s end. AGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT This class is strictly for participants aged 14 and above. A strong foundational understanding of ballet technique is mandatory to ensure the participant can engage fully with the class content. STUDIO USE Only water in closed containers is permitted inside the studio. CBSF reserves the right to dismiss anyone who does not comply with these policies.
